PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Apollo Phantom 2.0 (52V) delivers high performance and versatility for all terrains. With dual 1750W peak output motors and the MACH 2 controller, it reaches speeds up to 44 mph and accelerates from 0 to 30 mph in 6 seconds using LUDO Mode. Equipped with 11x4 inch PunctureGuard™ tires and 360° lighting, it ensures superior stability and visibility on any surface.
OPEN BOX DESCRIPTION
Open box scooters are returned goods. We inspect every unit and ensure it is in proper working condition. The scooters are priced according to their condition. The description below will break down what the different conditions represent.
Like New: The scooter has fewer than 10 kilometers on the odometer, has little to no cosmetic damage, and is in complete working condition.
Lightly Used: The scooter has over 10 kilometers on the odometer, has little to no cosmetic damage, and is in complete working condition.
Used (Minor Cosmetic Damage): The scooter has over 50 kilometers on the odometer and/or has some cosmetic damage and is in full working condition.
Please note: SKU labels changed in 2024 after our 2024 product revamp. Meaning that some 2024 models will have a /23 SKU. If you are concerned about the model your scooter is once it arrives, you can verify that the scooter specs belong to the model you ordered. If you have any questions, you can refer to this article.
WARRANTY:
A TWELVE (12) warranty on Discontinued and Refurbished (Open Box) scooters applies to this model, offered for sale and purchased directly from Apollo Scooters for reasonable use of the scooter against defects in material or workmanship on all original components of the scooter outlined in the LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY, except for the scooter frame, from the date of delivery.

Returns
For scooters, if the scooter remains unused (brand new) and is within the 14 days of the date of delivery, our team will gladly help with this return or exchange process.
