What type of repairs am I expected to handle?
Repairs are split into two categories: Level 1 and Level 2.
Level 1: Repairs that do not require complex diagnostics and can be completed with simple tools and assembly parts (e.g., display, throttle, lights).
Level 2: Repairs that require thorough diagnostics and a more extensive set of tools and equipment (e.g., motor, tire, wiring).
Can I perform warranty repairs for Apollo Scooters' customers?
Yes! If you qualify as a Certified Partner in our network, you will be referred both warranty and non-warranty repairs.
How can I purchase parts from Apollo?
All certified partners will receive exclusive access to our B2B portal. This self-serve portal will grant any qualifying shop the ability to purchase any part or assembly at a preferred wholesale discount.
Can I sell scooters?
We offer several ways to sell scooters:
Affiliate Link: This is the easiest option and requires no setup or upfront cost. Your shop will receive a unique link that your customers can use to purchase a scooter on our website, which will in turn generate a commission.
Affiliate Program
Shopify Collective (US only): If your webstore is powered by Shopify, this integration allows you to display our scooters on your website with the click of a button. Orders will be routed to our fulfillment centers, and commissions will be automatically paid out.

Is there any territorial exclusivity?
