How a claim works

  1. Email the A-Team with your order number and a photo or video of the issue.
  2. Fix it yourself with a free part, visit a Certified Shop, or ship to an Apollo Hub.
  3. Parts are free. Labour is free at a Hub, covered up to $100/hr at Certified Shops.

  • Crashes, water damage, stunts, commercial use
  • Cosmetic wear — scratches, dents, rust

The frame, stem and deck are covered against structural defects for as long as you own the scooter.

Good to know

  • Original owner, bought direct from Apollo.
  • Covers cracked welds, material fatigue and bending not caused by impact.
  • Doesn't cover crashes, curb strikes, scratches, dents, rust or water damage.
  • Approved claims get a refurbished replacement first; new if none is available.

Good to know

  • The scooter must be unused — zero miles — and in its original box.
  • Refund is the price minus a $50 restocking fee, return shipping and a 3% payment-processing fee.
  • Exchanges only pay the 3% fee; restocking and shipping are waived.
  • Ridden scooters can't be returned — but defects are handled under warranty.

Good to know

  • IP66 is a resistance rating, not waterproofing — don't submerge, pressure-wash or ride through deep water.
  • Water damage, including battery failure from water, isn't covered by the warranty.
  • Dry it off and store indoors after wet rides; keep the charge-port cap closed.
