Apollo Phantom V3/V4 (Open Box & Refurbished)
Open box scooters are returned goods. We inspect every unit and ensure it is in proper working condition. The scooters are priced according to their condition. The description below will break down what the different conditions represent.
Like New: The scooter has fewer than 10 kilometers on the odometer, has little to no cosmetic damage, and is in complete working condition.
Lightly Used: The scooter has over 10 kilometers on the odometer, has little to no cosmetic damage, and is in complete working condition.
Used (Minor Cosmetic Damage): The scooter has over 50 kilometers on the odometer and/or has some cosmetic damage and is in full working condition.
WARRANTY:
A THREE (3) MONTH warranty on Discontinued and Refurbished (Open Box) scooter models offered for sale and purchased directly from Apollo Scooters for reasonable use of the scooter against defects in material or workmanship on all original components of the scooter outlined in the LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY, except for the scooter frame, from the date of delivery.

In-stock products are fulfilled within 24 business hours of receiving the order. Delivery times range from 2 to 6 days depending on your location.
Pre-Orders
Refer to estimated delivery time found under the 'Add to cart' button. You can cancel a pre-order anytime before our fulfillment center initiates processing, and receive a full refund. Consult our full cancellation policy here.
Open Box
Open Box products from our Second Spin collection are fulfilled within 48 business hours and delivered within 3-7 days depending on the location.

Returns
For scooters, if the scooter remains unused (brand new) and is within the 14 days of the date of delivery, our team will gladly help with this return or exchange process.
