For scooters, if the scooter remains unused (brand new) and is within the 14 days of the date of delivery, our team will gladly help with this return or exchange process.

  • Parts and upgrade kits are covered for up to 90 days from the date you purchase the part or kit, depending on the component and type of install.
  • Apollo inspects claims and retains sole discretion to determine whether a part or upgrade kit is defective and whether the claim is covered by the limited warranty.

Straight upgrade for the 52 volt and got rid of my squeaks.

I purchased this for my 52 volt Phantom and am more that happy. The stock shock which is really just a spring felt a like a pogo stick and left much to be desired. The replacement shock and the ability to set rebound made the ride much more predictable and fixed my persist squeaking problem. The stock shock and hardware I removed and greased but even after spraying silicone lubricant on moving parts my suspension would start squeaking after about 8 km. The new shock with what looks to be the same hardware have completely remedied this problem on my scooter.One thing that I noticed was that the old suspension springs were rated at 3,000 lb whereas the aftermarket shocks have 3,500 lb springs, I only weigh 160 lb and wish that the new springs were also 3,000 lb as they are not interchangeable because the old springs inner diameter is too small.I'm still going to rate them five stars as dollar for dollar it is a great upgrade in my opinion.
