For scooters, if the scooter remains unused (brand new) and is within the 14 days of the date of delivery, our team will gladly help with this return or exchange process.

  • Apollo inspects claims and retains sole discretion to determine whether a part or upgrade kit is defective and whether the claim is covered by the limited warranty.

Hello, overall the stemp replacement and assemply in general is a 10 out of 10, and im 100% satisfied, i freaking love and appreciate apollo as a company and as my choice of scooter. But besides that, im having trouble with the stem assembly, but its a personal issue nothinf abiut apollo ect. I cant get the bolt/nut loose with the 22 mm wrench, its on super tight and firm which is a good thing lol but I cant get it undone to switch the stems. So im still figuring out what can be done. Im gonna email apollo and ask for some recommendations. But other that, the stem assembly is perfect, the delivery in the mail went perfect as always, and quality is perfect as always, i have absolutely no complaints. I cant express enough to yall and other ppl how badass and rad Apollo scooter company is. I go out of my way to recommend to everyone possible to buy a apollo and that no other company can even remotely compare to you all, and thats not just the quality of scooters and products, but to be 100% honest its the customer service that has made me a loyal customer and why i recommend to absolutely everyone in person and online and gotten ppl to buy from yall Instead of other companies. P.S btw this review page is having an error the text is white so I(you) cant see what im writing in the review at all, so im using a separate app, my notes app to write this and then gonna copy and paste it into the review. So yeah just thought to tell ya, unless its my personal phone thats causing this im not sure.
