What photos do I need to send for a warranty claim?
Last updated November 6, 2026
To submit a warranty claim, you need at least one clear photo or video of the defect. For everything else a claim needs, see Apollo Scooters Limited Warranty (US and Canada) or Apollo Scooters Australia Limited Warranty (Australia).
Extra photos of your scooter help our Warranty Team accurately assess the issue and avoid delays in processing your claim.

These views of your scooter help the most:

If your issue involves a strange noise, display errors, throttle or brake problems, or power or battery concerns, please also include a short video clearly showing the issue. Videos help our technicians diagnose problems much more accurately.
Photo guidelines
Make sure the scooter is fully visible
Take photos in good lighting
Avoid blurry images
Do not crop out important parts
Ensure the damaged or affected area is clearly visible
If you're unsure whether your photos are sufficient, feel free to include extra images: more detail helps!
