Scooter Shipping Box
The Scooter Shipping Box, a durable U-Line cardboard box, serves as an alternative for those who have discarded the original packaging of their scooter. It is big enough to fit all Apollo models for shipping purposes. Please note, the box comes empty, and securing packing materials is the customer's responsibility. Apollo is not liable for damages during shipping.
This box fits: the Apollo Go, Air, City and Phantom V1-V4X only.
NOTE: For Apollo Pro and Apollo Phantom 2.0 you need to ship & package your scooter in the original box because of the scooter size and weight, there is a high chance of damage during shipping process without all the padding in the original box.

Open Box products from our Second Spin collection are fulfilled within 48 business hours and delivered within 3-7 days depending on the location.

For added peace of mind, you can now purchase Apollo Ship+ for your Apollo Scooter order during shipping. Apollo Ship+ Service offers enhanced support for any delivery-related issues, including expediting the process for lost, stolen, and damaged items.

Returns
For scooters, if the scooter remains unused (brand new) and is within the 14 days of the date of delivery, our team will gladly help with this return or exchange process.
