Causes to check
Typos: codes are often case-sensitive; copy and paste the code (zero versus the letter O), with no spaces before or after.
One code per order: if an automatic discount is already applied, a manual code will not work.
Product eligibility: some codes only apply to specific models or categories (for example accessories only).
Minimum spend: some codes need a minimum cart value.
Regional store: US codes do not work on the Canadian store, and vice versa.
Expiration: most seasonal codes are limited-time offers.
Account: referral or loyalty codes need the customer to be logged into their Apollo account.
AMPs: points must first be converted into a unique discount code via the Rewards dashboard.
Open box and refurbished units: the only code that applies is OBDeal15 (an extra 15% off the Open Box & Refurbished collection), as these are already heavily discounted.
