Apollo Amplified: Loyalty & Rewards Program

Welcome to Apollo Amplified, our rewards program. You earn AMPs (our reward points) by riding, joining, following us, writing reviews and referring friends, and you spend them on discounts, free gear and gift cards on our website.
Who can join: customers of our US store (apolloscooters.co) and our Canadian store (apolloscooters.ca). The program is not available in Australia at this time.
How to use (redeem) your AMPs
Sign in to your account on apolloscooters.co or apolloscooters.ca, with the same email your AMPs are on.
Open the rewards page: click the person icon at the top right (on your phone: the menu, then "My account"), then choose Loyalty. You can also go straight to apolloscooters.co/pages/rewards (US) or apolloscooters.ca/pages/rewards123 (Canada).
Scroll to "rewards you can redeem". You'll see every reward, what it costs, and your AMP balance at the top of the page.
Click Redeem on the reward you want. Rewards you don't have enough AMPs for yet say so, so you know what to aim for.
Use your code at checkout. Discounts and free items give you a coupon code. Copy it, or use the button to add it to your cart, and it's applied at checkout.
Free items (like the mug or hat) need at least one paid item in your cart. If the reward says "Add 1 more item to cart to redeem", add a paid item first.
Gift cards: Redeem gives you a code. Use it at checkout to "buy" the gift card for free; the gift card is then emailed to you and works on any purchase on our site.
Not signed in? The rewards page still shows every reward, with a "Sign in to redeem your AMPs" button that brings you back to the page after you sign in.

The rewards list also shows a "Redeem your AMPs when you checkout" option at 35 AMPs per $1.

Some earning actions and rewards only appear once you reach a higher tier, so you may see more (or fewer) than the list above. For social follows, use the button on the rewards page so we can credit you.
Earning by riding
Riding earns you XP in the Apollo app, and XP raises your level. Levelling up pays AMPs, and higher levels pay more. The miles themselves don't add AMPs directly: your AMPs arrive when you level up.
To get riding rewards, your scooter must be connected to the Apollo app, and your app account must be linked to your store account:
In the Apollo app, open Settings, then Personal Information.
Tap the Apollo Amps field and choose "Yes, merge my account".
Enter the email you use on our store, then the confirmation code we email you.
A pop-up confirms your AMP balance: your accounts are linked.
Ride tracking must be started manually before each ride, or set to start automatically in the Apollo App settings.
Good to know
Expiry: AMPs expire 12 months after you earn them, so redeem them before then.
Pending AMPs: AMPs from purchases and referrals start as "pending" and are usually approved within 2 to 5 days. You can only spend approved AMPs.
Referring a friend: your friend gets a discount off their first purchase. Share your unique referral link via email, WhatsApp, or social media (see "How to find referral link"). You don't need to have made a previous purchase to refer someone, but you do need an active account. Your friend must check out using your referral link: referrals cannot be applied after a purchase is completed.
Referrals: if a friend you referred cancels or returns their order, those AMPs are cancelled.
Balance went down? You redeemed a reward, or a purchase (yours or a referred friend's) was cancelled or returned.
No limit on how many AMPs you can earn.
Two loyalty accounts? They can be merged into one: reach out to our support team and we'll be happy to assist.
Leaving the program: contact us to be unenrolled. You lose any AMPs you have, and they aren't restored if you rejoin.
