FAQ
Who can participate in the Flash Challenge?
Everyone with an Apollo scooter can join!
The only requirements are:
- You must own an Apollo scooter that’s app-enabled (connected through the Apollo app)
- You must live in the USA, Canada, or Australia.
(While anyone can technically join, we can only issue AMPs in USA and Canada and ship prizes to the above and Australia.)
How do I join the challenge?
Super easy!
- Click here and log in to your account.
- Look for “Join Challenge” button and tap it.
- That's it - you're in!
Once you’ve joined, every eligible ride you take will automatically count toward the challenge.
⚠️ Important: If you don’t opt in, your rides won’t count — even if they happen during the challenge period. So make sure to tap that button before you start riding!
How are rides tracked?
Rides are tracked through the Apollo app. Make sure:
- Your scooter is app-enabled and paired before each ride.
- You're riding the minimum distance for the ride to count.
- You have location permissions enabled on your phone.
What are AMPs and how do I earn them?
AMPs are our loyalty points — you earn them by riding, shopping, and participating in Apollo events.
- For this challenge you'll we'll duplicate your AMPs for every mile ridden. Normally you would earn 1 AMP for every 1 Mile recorded. If you opt in to this challenge, you will earn 2 AMS for every 1 Mile recorded.
- 1 AMP for every $1 spent on our site this month
IMPORTANT: You need to have an Apollo account to earn AMPs. To log in or verify if you have an account click here.
