What's included with your Apollo scooter (what comes in the box)

Every new Apollo scooter comes with:

• The scooter

• A charger and cable (the standard charger; a fast charger, where one exists for the model, is sold separately)

• The manual, with assembly and safety instructions

• A hex (Allen) key or basic tool for the initial set-up

• A screw kit: labeled screws for assembly and later repairs

Depending on the model and production date, the box may also hold a button and function sheet, a QR code to download the Apollo app, a Quad Lock sticker, a silica gel bag, and protective foam and wrapping.

Older production also included a full tool kit (front motor wrench, air pump and extender, Allen key set, spare turn signal caps, labeled screw bags). The Allen key or multi-tool is for the initial set-up, not for maintenance and repairs. Detailed manuals are in the Owner Tools section of the support site, and set-up videos for every model are on Apollo's YouTube channel. Repair videos are on the Apollo Repair YouTube channel.
