What does the 3A battery label mean?

Some Apollo Go scooters were shipped with batteries labeled 3A. This label is a misprint. The actual technical specs of the battery confirm it is capable of 5A charging.

What are the key facts about Apollo Go battery charging?

To clarify:

• All Apollo Go scooters sold to date have a battery that supports 5A charging, even if labeled 3A
• Our Apollo Go Fast Charger (42V, 4.5A) is available for all Apollo Go owners. It does not fit the Go Stellar (see below)
• New Apollo Go scooters may still have the 3A label, but the internal specs are compatible with 5A charging

How do I use the Apollo Go Fast Charger?

You can safely use the Fast Charger with your Apollo Go.

Apollo Go Stellar

Apollo does not sell a fast charger for the Go Stellar, and the Apollo Go fast charger does not fit it: the Go Stellar is a 48V scooter charged at 54.6V, while the Go fast charger is made for the 36V Go. Use the Go Stellar's own charger.
