Understanding Normal Shipping Times

• In-stock orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday (except weekends).
• Orders placed late Friday and on weekends are processed the next business day, Monday.

Note: Pre-orders are excluded; shipping updates for pre-orders are sent via separate email.

• Canada: Orders ship Vancouver.

  • West Coast: 2-5 business days
  • Midwest: 3-6 business days
  • East Coast: 3-8 business days

• USA: Orders ship from Kansas City.

  • Typical delivery time: 3-6 business days.

• Australia:

  • South-East: 3-7 business days
  • East: 5-9 business days
  • West: 5-9 business days
  • North: 5-10 business days

  • Continental United States, New York State included (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico)

New York State: we ship to New York State, New York City included, like any other US address. Standard processing and delivery times apply.

Expedited shipping: we do not offer expedited or faster shipping. The "Expedited Delivery & Protection" option at checkout is our Ship+ shipping protection (lost, stolen or damaged in transit); it does not make delivery faster.
