Apollo Trade-in FAQs
🔧 SCOOTER SWAP 101

How does Apollo Trade-In save me money?
Your old scooter isn’t just taking up space—it’s worth real credit toward your next Apollo. Here’s how it works:
- Get an instant quote for your scooter.
- Drop it off or ship it to us for free.
- We inspect it (quick + transparent).
- You get a gift card to put toward a brand-new Apollo ride.
What devices or scooters can I trade in?
Easy! To check the items we accept, click below and browse through the categories. We currently accept scooters - but we also accept other electronics in good, re-sellable condition with original parts.
If you don’t see your device listed, check back—we’re constantly adding new options.
Do I pay any fees to trade in?
Nope! Zero hidden fees. We cover shipping, pick-up, and inspection. You keep 100% of your trade-in value.

Where and when do I use my gift card?
At checkout, right here on our store. It never expires and stays tied to your email.
What if my trade-in value is higher than my new scooter purchase?
Right now, discount codes are one-time use. Make sure your trade-in value doesn’t exceed your purchase amount.
What happens if I refund my scooter?
You’ll go through the normal refund process.

How do you collect my scooter or device?
You’ve got options:
- Mail it, but scooters are expensive to ship, so we recommend option 2.
- Find the repair shop locations and drop it off yourself. Faster, easier.
How long does inspection take?
Once in our hands, we usually finalize your trade-in value within 2 business days.
How do you assess value? What if there’s a problem?
Experts inspect every device or scooter based on condition + market value. If the price changes after inspection, you’ll get a full explanation and the option to decline. If you don’t agree, your device is shipped back for free.
Can I trade in if I’m outside Canada?
For now, this program is Canada-only. US riders—stay tuned!
