Available Destinations
- Canada
- Continental United States, New York State included (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico)
New York State: we ship to New York State, New York City included, like any other US address. Standard processing and delivery times apply.
- Australia (orders placed on the Apollo Australia website only)
Delivery Timeframes
Fulfillment Details
- Fulfillment Time: orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours, except weekends
- Operating Schedule: Monday through Friday

Shipping Restrictions
❗ Important:
- PO Boxes: Scooters cannot be shipped to PO boxes due to size limitations
- Air Shipping: Lithium-ion battery regulations prohibit air shipping of scooters and replacement batteries
Expedited shipping: we do not offer expedited or faster shipping. The "Expedited Delivery & Protection" option at checkout is our Ship+ shipping protection (lost, stolen or damaged in transit); it does not make delivery faster.
