NOTE: We're experiencing a delay in fulfillment from August 20th to September 9th. The expected delay is ~7 additional days for fulfillment.
Pre-Orders

Open Box products from our Second Spin collection are fulfilled within 48 business hours and delivered within 3-7 days depending on the location.

Returns
For scooters, if the scooter remains unused (brand new) and is within the 14 days of the date of delivery, our team will gladly help with this return or exchange process.
