Scooter not turning on when charging!

For certain models, it is normal that the scooter cannot turn on when it is plugged into the charger. This is a safety feature, to avoid having the scooter operate while still connected to an electrical outlet. The models that cannot turn on while charging are as follows:

Some of the earlier models do not have this feature and can still be operated while plugged into to the charger. The models that can still turn on while charging are as follows:

Light, City 2021, Explore 2020/2021, Ghost 2021/2022, Phantom V1/V2/V3/V4/V4x, Pro 2023-2024

As for the lights on the chargers and what they signify, refer to the colour coding below:

Red = charging

Green = not charging, or fully charged
