Lifetime Frame Warranty (Previously 10,000km Warranty)

Last updated November 5, 2026

Overview

Apollo now offers a Lifetime Frame Warranty on select 2025+ scooter models. It replaces the previous 10,000km Warranty. This warranty applies to the original owner and covers qualifying structural defects for the lifetime of the scooter.

This article outlines eligibility, coverage, exclusions, and claim outcomes specific to the Lifetime Frame Warranty only.

Eligibility Requirements

A scooter qualifies for the Lifetime Frame Warranty if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The scooter was purchased on or after March 25, 2025

  • The claimant is the original owner

  • The scooter was purchased directly from Apollo or an Authorized Repair Centre

  • New, open-box, and refurbished models

Eligible Models

All Models are eligible except

  • Apollo Air

  • Apollo Phantom (V1/V2/V3/V4/V4X)

  • Apollo Pro

⚠️ Important:
Earlier versions of similarly named models (e.g., Apollo City pre-2025) are not eligible.

What the Lifetime Frame Warranty Covers

The Lifetime Frame Warranty covers structural defects in materials or workmanship that affect the scooter’s structural integrity.

Covered Components

  • Frame

  • Deck

  • Stem

🚫 The kickstand is not covered.

Examples of Covered Defects

  • Cracks in frame welds

  • Cracks in the deck or stem caused by material fatigue

  • Structural bending or deformation not caused by impact

  • Failure of weld points or joints

  • Separation of welded or bonded frame sections

  • Manufacturing defects that compromise structural integrity

Final determination of coverage is made by Apollo Engineering.

What Is Not Covered

The Lifetime Frame Warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration, rust)

  • Damage caused by crashes, impacts, curb strikes, or stunts

  • Bent components resulting from physical impact

  • Water damage, corrosion, misuse, or improper maintenance

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or aftermarket parts

  • Environmental damage or improper storage

  • Kickstand-related issues

If impact damage is present, the claim is not eligible, even if the frame is compromised.

Replacement Outcome for Approved Claims

If a Lifetime Frame Warranty claim is approved:

  1. Apollo will first offer an open-box refurbished replacement scooter in equal or better condition.

  2. If no suitable refurbished unit is available, Apollo will provide a new replacement unit at no cost for the unit itself.

All other shipping, labour, and policy exclusions follow the Apollo Limited Warranty.
