FindMy Reset

To Reset FindMy:
- Press the MODE button 5 times in sequence (press every 1 second) Headlight may turn off and on during this.
- On the 6th press, hold the button for 6 seconds
To Re-Link FindMy After Reset:
- Press and hold MODE for 2 seconds to activate FindMy
- The FindMy pop-up should appear on the rider’s device for pairing
Important Notes:
- In the Apple Find My app, select "Other Item" to see the pairing prompt.
- If a rider is already linked, they must unlink FindMy before transferring the scooter to a new owner. Performing a reset allows the new owner to pair the scooter to their device.
- If the rider’s internet is unstable, the scooter may not fully unlink — it may show unlinked on the phone, but still require a manual reset using the steps above
- Current versions do not confirm a successful reset — it may take multiple attempts
