Every date is an estimate. The product page always shows the latest estimate.
The City 2.0 and City Stellar ship in batches as units arrive. Paying more cannot move a delivery earlier.
Orders ship in the order they were received, so an early pre-order holds its place in the queue.
A pre-order can be cancelled any time before it ships. How the refund works: Cancellation Process.
The 2-year warranty option cannot be added to a pre-order.
The Explore Stellar's final specs and features are not announced yet.

Why does Apollo offer pre-orders?
During new product releases, high-demand periods, or holiday seasons, popular items can run out. A pre-order lets you:
Secure the scooter you want in advance
Make sure you don't miss out during periods of heightened demand
How do pre-orders work with promotions and discounts?
Pre-order units have special pricing considerations:
Pre-orders include a built-in discount
Cannot be combined with other coupon codes or discounts, with one exception: the accessory code ACC50 ($50 off accessories in the same order as the pre-order scooter) works on a pre-order through December 3, 2026
Not eligible for: YouTube reviewer discounts, store credit, or multiple discount combinations
How does the warranty work for pre-ordered scooters?
The 12-month Limited Warranty starts when the scooter is delivered, not when it is ordered, so you get the full warranty period
